A website that fits your business. Pricing you can plan around.
Whether you're starting fresh or ready for a redesign, you can see the starting prices here before we talk. We'll work out the pages, content and features you need, then put the scope and price in writing before the build begins.
Four starting points, shaped around your project.
Every website starts with what your business needs. The prices below are starting points. Your final quote depends on the design, content, functionality, and any work needed to move your existing website. We'll agree on the scope and price before work begins. If you request changes beyond that scope, we'll quote them for your approval first.
Before you commit: builds are half to start and half at launch. The first payment is non-refundable once work starts. If missing materials stop meaningful progress, we send a reminder at 30 days and close the project at 45 days from the written pause notice. Returning requires a new quote and deposit. Read payment and project policies.
Best fit: a straightforward service business with a small, clearly defined offer and ready-to-use content.
- Core pages designed individually for your business
- Built from the text and images you supply
- Light proofreading and formatting
- A straightforward inquiry form

Starter suits a site of up to five pages where your text and images are ready to use. We proofread and format what you send so it reads cleanly; writing new copy or researching content is quoted separately.
Like every option, it includes mobile-friendly layouts, accessibility practices, foundational SEO, Google Business Profile setup, testing and help with launch.
Best fit: a business with several services that needs clearer organization, more detailed pages and light content editing.
- More service and content organization, with added layouts as needed
- Light editing of the copy you supply
- An existing booking-service embed or an expanded inquiry form, when agreed in scope
- Everything in Starter

Standard gives your content more structure, such as separate pages for your services and additional layouts where they help. We lightly edit what you send to tighten the wording; research and new copy are quoted separately.
If you already use a booking service, we can embed it on your site. Custom scheduling logic is a different job and is scoped on its own. Your booking service's own subscription, if it has one, is separate from our price.
Best fit: a business whose customers need project examples, galleries or more detailed information before deciding.
- More involved content organization and page design
- Deeper editing of the copy you supply
- An agreed gallery, portfolio or catalog-style presentation
- A defined first set of entries loaded at launch
- Everything in Standard

Your proposal names the pages that get deeper editing. It isn't unlimited copywriting, and writing new copy from scratch is quoted separately.
For a gallery, portfolio or catalog, we agree on the layout, how many entries we load at launch, who provides the content, and whether visitors need to browse, search, filter or check out. Repeated entries use a consistent, reusable layout that makes future updates easier.
Best fit: a project involving substantial integrations, custom functionality, migration or unusually complex requirements.
- Substantial functionality or integrations with other systems
- Moving content from an existing website
- Content development beyond editing what you supply
- More complex design work

Advanced projects can be small or large. A five-page site with a complex integration can be Advanced. Your proposal lists the pages, features, integrations, content and any migration work, and the price reflects that agreed list.
$8,500 is where these projects start. It doesn't cover unlimited pages, features or content. Any third-party subscriptions your project depends on are identified and priced separately.
Included with every build
- Individually designed Home, Services and About pages, when they're part of your project
- Mobile-friendly layouts and accessibility practices
- Foundational SEO and Google Business Profile setup
- Testing and help with launch
How your quote is determined
- Page counts show where each option starts, not a limit on what fits. A straightforward extra page can be added to any option.
- A small site with complex features may be Advanced.
- Choose by the work involved, not page count alone: a simple sixth page can fit Starter plus an extra page; reorganizing several services and editing their content may fit Standard even at the same page count.
- Galleries, catalogs, booking and online stores aren't reserved for the higher options; any of them can be added to the project that fits you.
- Content-heavy sections, such as galleries and catalogs, can use consistent, reusable layouts that make browsing easier and future updates more efficient.
Reviews and revisions
- Your build includes two consolidated rounds of revisions on the agreed design and content.
- Fixing our own mistakes never uses up a round.
- Small adjustments are fine, even after the second round. A major rework, such as starting the design over after you've seen it, or new functionality is something we'll talk through and quote for your approval first.
Keep your website working for your business.
Monthly support is optional on the websites we build. Once your build is paid for, you can host it elsewhere or have us look after it. Both plans cover hosting, upkeep and ongoing local search work. The difference is your content updates: quoted as they come up on the first plan, included on the second.
For keeping your website maintained and supporting your local visibility.
- Hosting, security and backups
- Site upkeep and uptime monitoring
- Local SEO work and a plain-English monthly report
- Content changes you ask for are quoted separately

Every month: hosting, security, backups, uptime monitoring and the technical upkeep your setup actually needs. On the search side: Google Business Profile management, local search pages and fixes, review-request tools set up for you — asking your customers stays with you — and phone-link clicks and accepted form submissions, where configured, in a report written in plain English.
Content changes you request aren't included on this plan. You can add them for $450/month, or ask for a one-off quote instead. Content work that's part of the local SEO on this plan is never billed as extra.
For the same ongoing care, with updates to your existing content included.
- Everything in Website Upkeep & SEO
- Your ongoing content updates included
- Send as many requests as you like — handled one at a time
- New pages and new features are quoted separately
View coverage detailsShow less
Included updates are changes within your existing pages, layouts and features: text, prices, hours, contact details, photos, links and documents. Routine gallery and catalog updates count too. Send as many requests as you like and we work through them one at a time.
Replacing a full catalog, bulk imports and restructuring are quoted separately, as are new pages, major layout or design changes, new features or integrations, and substantial new content. Content work that's part of the local SEO on this plan is never billed as extra.
We agree on the scope and schedule, and you approve it before work begins. Anything outside your plan is quoted separately for your approval.
Support and scheduling
We acknowledge support requests within 24 hours, seven days a week. We assess problems by severity: outages and broken inquiry forms take priority over cosmetic issues. Acknowledgment isn't a promise of resolution within 24 hours.
Routine small edits are normally completed within three business days after we receive the necessary materials and any required approval. Larger requests get an agreed scope and completion date before work starts. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Your monthly report
Each month, we show the work completed, measured changes, outstanding issues and next priorities. We explain what each measurement counts. Phone-link clicks show intent to call, not a connected call. Accepted form submissions mean the site reported a successful submission, not that delivery to your inbox or a qualified opportunity was confirmed.
Have a website someone else built? We’ll review its setup and condition before recommending a plan and price.
Add what you need, when you need it.
Your website can grow with your business. These are the current prices for additional pages, content and features, and any of them can be added to any build option. We'll confirm the scope and cost before starting any extra work, and never charge again for something your build already includes.
One-time additions
- Extra page $200 each For a straightforward page beyond your option's starting allowance.
- Copywriting $100 per page For new copy written from scratch.
- Spanish version from $500
- Booking/scheduling setup from $400 When your build doesn't already include a booking embed.
- Online store setup from $600 + $40 per product
Monthly add-on: Content Updates, $450/month. Added to Website Upkeep & SEO, not sold on its own; the two together are the $1,200 plan.
The prices marked “from” are starting points for the same reason the build tiers are — a two-product store and a two-hundred-product store aren't the same job. You'll have the figure in writing before we start either one.
Good to know before you decide.
The terms that tend to matter most to owners, in plain language and up front.
- Ownership and handoff
- You own your domain, your site and your content once your build is paid for. Ownership isn't tied to a monthly plan. If you leave our care or choose no monthly plan, offboarding includes a zip of the complete site and a site-specific guide to hosting, making edits, publishing and restoring a backup. We help move domain/DNS settings and remove our account access. File editing may need technical help; an editing dashboard and its training are included only when separately scoped and priced.
- Payment
- Half to start, half at launch. The first half is refundable until work starts. Monthly plans are billed in advance on the 1st, with your first month pro-rated.
- Paused projects
- If missing materials stop work, we'll confirm the pause in writing. After 30 calendar days waiting, we'll send a reminder; at 45 days, the project closes if we're still missing what we need to continue. Returning requires a new quote at current rates and a new deposit. Prior payments cover the original project and don't transfer as credit. The new quote prices the work still needed, accounting for usable existing work. Closure before launch doesn't make the final payment due; if the site has launched, that payment remains due. Until full payment, undelivered site work files stay with us; you keep anything already delivered. See Terms of Service for details and refund terms.
- Cancellation
- Month-to-month after launch. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Build timing and content
- Your quote sets the schedule and identifies what we need to start. We can use clearly marked placeholders where practical; missing content pauses work only when it prevents meaningful progress. Client review and project complexity affect timing. All placeholders are replaced before launch. Photos and source information come from you; we don't offer photography or paid ad management.
- Who makes edits
- Changes go through us during the build and while we're responsible for the site under a monthly plan. After offboarding without a monthly agreement, you can edit the site or appoint another provider.
- Outside costs and tax
- Third-party software or subscription fees, if any, are passed through at cost. Texas sales tax is added to taxable services where it applies.
Want the reasoning rather than the price list? What a small-business website actually costs explains what moves the number, and monthly plan or one-time build covers the fork between a monthly plan and a one-off. Shorter answers are on the FAQ.
