Is your website actually working for your business?
Your website should act as an additional salesperson: help a prospective customer understand your offer, judge whether you’re a fit and take the next step. Brad reviews it personally from that customer’s viewpoint. You get written strengths, weaknesses, prioritized improvements and what to preserve or maintain, backed by page evidence and Google measurements.
Don't have a website yet? There's nothing to check — but there's still a conversation worth having. Tell us what your business does and we'll talk through what you'd actually need.
Can a customer understand, trust and choose you?
We agree the page scope before starting: your homepage plus key service, About and Contact pages. Brad follows the customer’s route through those pages on desktop and mobile, using manual judgment, page evidence and Google PageSpeed Insights measurements. The written review names the pages checked and any limits.
Positioning, writing and services
Can a visitor tell who you help, what you offer, where you work and why they should consider you? We read the copy for clear service details, useful answers and the information a customer needs to decide whether to inquire.
Design, images and proof
Does the layout make the important information easy to find? Do photographs show relevant work? We look at the evidence behind your claims, including project examples and testimonials where available, and identify useful material to keep.
Navigation, mobile use and inquiries
We follow links from the offer to supporting details and contact options. On a phone, can a visitor read the page, use the menu and find the next step? We review inquiry instructions, form fields and visible validation. A visible form alone does not prove an inquiry reaches you.
Accessibility, search and performance
We check keyboard access, visible focus, headings, form labels, contrast and meaningful image descriptions. We inspect page titles, descriptions and structured business data, then use Google PageSpeed Insights where available to measure loading and layout movement on the agreed key pages. We explain the measurements alongside what a visitor experiences. This is a practical review, not an accessibility certification. Read what a PageSpeed score does and doesn’t mean.
What a written finding looks like
An illustrative example of the report format, not a finding from a client review.
Visitor concern: “Can you handle an event like mine, and what do I do next?”
Example evidence: Imagine a service page with photographs of completed events, but no captions explaining the work or link to an availability inquiry. The contact page is reachable only through the footer.
Why it matters: A prospective customer has to guess whether the service fits their event and hunt for a way to ask.
What to keep and maintain: Keep the original project photography and readable layout. Add recent examples as work is completed, with permission to publish them.
What you'll actually get, and when
Fill in a short form. "Free Site Check" is already selected.
Usually within one business day. We agree the homepage and key service, About and Contact pages to review, and when to expect the findings. It's done by hand, so it isn't instant.
Strengths and weaknesses, with page evidence, Google measurements and improvements ranked by customer impact. We explain what to fix first, why it matters and what to preserve or maintain. No charge, no obligation.
Access limits: this review covers the agreed public pages. Private analytics, Google Business Profile management, other account checks and contact-form email delivery verification need separate access and permission. We don’t infer sales or search rankings from a speed score, and we don’t guarantee sales, leads or rankings.
If your business is well outside Katy and Greater Houston, or it's just not a fit right now, we'll say so straight rather than leave you waiting.
